THE NOVEMBER 3 GENERAL ELECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED PRIMARILY BY MAIL IN NEW JERSEY
All active registered voters will be mailed a vote by mail ballot
Here’s how to vote for the Line A Almeida and Lazarow team:
When your vote by mail ballot arrives, fill in the circles for the Line A team of Jessica Almeida and Christy Lazarow for Council. Ballots must be postmarked by November 3 for your voice to be heard in this important election.
Place your completed ballot in the small envelope provided. Follow all directions closely, print your name and address and sign the designated area on the envelope.
Place the smaller envelope in the larger envelope, seal it and mail it back (no postage necessary) or drop off at a secure ballot dropbox. In West Caldwell there is a secure dropbox located at the Municipal Building at 30 Clinton Road.
You may also drop off your ballot at the County Board of Elections up until Election Day. Check out the County Board of Elections website for office hours or call 973-621-5070.
If you have trouble voting by mail and would prefer to vote in person, you may do so provisionally with a paper ballot at your polling place which you can locate at www.vote.org. Polls will be open on Election Day from 6AM-8PM.
